  • We take pride in upholding the royal tradition of creating legacies and preserving the architectural brilliance of our 10 palaces. These Palaces offer a magnificent experience of Indian royalty, with their exquisite artwork, grandeur, lush parks, and diverse wildlife.

  • In 2018, we shifted from a Taj-centric approach to a diverse ecosystem of brands. We expanded our hotel portfolio, optimized catering services, and introduced new food and beverage concepts. Despite the pandemic, we launched Qmin and amã.

  • The repositioning of the Ginger brand in the lean luxe segment has resulted in a strong turnaround. Revenue grew by 44% from pre-COVID levels, with increased profitability and a profit before tax of over ₹48 crores.

  • Ginger has integrated with IHCL as a fully owned subsidiary, expanding its presence with five new hotels and signing agreements for eleven more. The brand is also focusing on enhancing its F&B offerings and strengthening its financial position.

  • TajSATS, an Industry Leader in Airline Catering has 58% market share in India and 19.7% EBITDA margin in FY 23. TajSATS will continue to increase its pan India footprint, with focus on selfcontained compact flight kitchens and adopting the best-in-class technology.

  • It has also been a momentous year for expansion with IHCL having crossed 260+ hotels in our portfolio. In yet another landmark development the iconic brand Taj reached a milestone of 100 hotels. Taj has more than doubled the inventory in the last five years.

  • With over 450+ restaurants and bars including some of the country’s most iconic restaurant brands, we have added new dimensions to our food and beverage portfolio. In an exclusive partnership with the global Italian restaurant brand, Papermoon has opened its first outlet in Goa.

  • 2023 will see marquee events being held across India, from sporting extravaganzas to multilateral summits. India’s G20 presidency will see more than 200 meetings across 50 cities. With a portfolio of hotels across 125+ cities, IHCL is a key partner.

  • India is also hosting the Cricket World Cup, which will see fans, officials, and teams travel across the country. These events are expected to continue the momentum for the sector.

  • The company's asset-intensive business, consisting of owned and leased properties, provides high operating leverage and contributes significantly to margins. Its asset-light business of managed properties acts as a hedge during downturns and helps stretch the economic cycle.

  • Food and beverage services play a significant role in IHCL's revenue, with over 450 restaurant bars and restaurants. The company has also developed an app based delivery model called Qmin generating additional revenue by utilizing existing capacity & attracting new customers.
